Help Cuddy Rose Fight Cancer
Donation protected
About 14 years ago, my feisty little bitch Cuddy brought so much light into my life by showing up at a time when I was so lost mentally and emotionally. We have been inseparable ever since, and I am so thankful I was able to give her a life filled with trail running, car rides, squirrel chasing, and coming to work with me almost every day.
Unfortunately, Cuddy was recently diagnosed with bladder cancer, and it pains me every day that I can't come to her rescue the way she did for me. To be honest, I am embarrassed to create this account and ask for help, but I am desperate to hold onto as much time as I can with her while maintaining a good quality of life. Her tumor is non-surgical, leaving only chemo and radiation as her options to maybe give her another 1-3 years. I was blindsided by this news and could not imagine losing my baby girl in less than a year. Therefore, my goal and hope are to try one round of chemo and make peace with whatever time that gives her.
Anyone who knows Cuddy knows that she is so full of life with her tricks, speed, and (sometimes obnoxious) barking. Thankfully for now, her only symptom is increased urination. She is still her spunky self trotting along on hikes with me. I appreciate anything anyone is willing to help with, and there is absolutely no pressure or hard feelings towards anyone who decides not to. I am also happy to share documents (such as price estimates or official diagnoses) with anyone privately that would like to view them before donating. Thank you so much in advance; Cuddy and I appreciate all your love and support!
