Since 19, I have been struggling with multiple auto immune diseases. I was lucky, I have 3 beautiful kids, a husband that supported me through 10 of t the 14 cancers. Then my husband Gary Soriano now has been by my side. Through the worst of 30+ surgeries.
My brother is law started a go fund me a couple years ago that raised almosf 2 moths of bills. We were extremely grateful as I haven’t worked in 4 years my husband just fished his second fmla, as I have been in hospice since 5/25 again. This will be the last as my body if finally responding to the no feeding tube /tpn. My organs are all paralyzing, if not removed. It’s finally time we are planning reality of fundral stuff. Feels like the reality without him home, back at work. Being alone and not independent. I have so much to do in the next month, makes me sad. It’s all changing day to day…more than my liking.
Then not driving, sleeping most days, I feel like I’m just existing as I have tons to get done. I have had friends helping, but there’s so much to do errands I hate asking for help. I have always independent. So this is hard but 4 years without working being terminal had Ben a hard pill to swallow. I just wamh the funeral stuff to be less stressful for my family.
im so grateful for his family making the last few years easier. I love my husband as he didn’t sign up for this.
so any help or suggestions would be grateful., if there’s grants or organizations that can help my energy bank. Any advise welcome.
best, Crystal
thanks! I hope nobody has to walk in my shoes.
