Hello everyone, it’s Brandon. As you know, our heavy hearts ache today after the unexpected passing of our beloved Crystal on July 25, 2025 from a medical emergency. Crystal was a devoted wife, loving mother of five, Gigi to four precious grandbabies, beloved daughter, cherished sister, loving aunt, and a bright light to everyone who knew her. She leaves behind four adult sons and a precious 9-year-old daughter, Savannah, who adored her mom to the ends of the earth.

Crystal had a heart bigger than Texas--she gave selflessly, loved unconditionally, and lived each day with compassion for others. She brought her trademark warmth and loving spirit to all who crossed her path.

Crystal was also a dedicated mental health counselor in private practice whose calling was to guide others to healing and hope. As a therapist, she was a lifeline for her clients; someone who brought calm to chaos, light to darkness, and unwavering belief in each person's worth and potential. Her passing leaves not only a heartbroken family but also a devastated client community who depended on her care, wisdom, and fierce advocacy.

On a personal note, Crystal was the love of my life, my best friend, and my soulmate. We shared nearly three decades of marriage filled with laughter, challenges, deep connection, and endless love. My heart is shattered without her. I miss her smile, her voice, her contagious joy, and her unwavering support. I was so lucky to walk through life by her side, and I’m not sure how any of us will navigate the coming days.

Her sudden passing has left us not only grieving but also facing the unexpected cost of funeral expenses. We are reaching out to our community—those who knew and loved Crystal, and even those who didn’t know her personally—to ask for your support during this incredibly difficult time. Every donation, no matter the size, will help cover the costs of properly honoring Crystal’s life and ease the financial stress on her family as we learn to find our way without her light.
