I am writing asking for your help for my dear friend Crystal. This is all such a whirlwind for her family, and all I can say is the information I have currently is little but will be expanding as we gain more knowledge.

48hrs ago Crystal went into the hospital thinking she was hemorrhaging from a bad period or possible pregnancy (she has had several miscarriages). She went to Missoula ER where it was discovered there was much more going on.

After some tests it was concluded she needed to be life flighted to Seattle, there they determined she had Leukemia, currently it is believed she has Adult T-cell Leukemia of the blood cells. Last night she suffered a stroke, the Dr's believe this is from the loss of blood but will not know anything with certainty until they get her blood counts turned around.

She is currently at Fred Hutch Cancer Center.

Her husband, Mike, and their two children are driving there now to be with her.

Please pray the road remain in good condition for the drive.

Crystal is 38 years old with a husband and two children. She is a full-time caregiver for all of them. Her husband is a disabled veteran from the navy and her youngest has severe Autism.

She is a full-time student working towards her paralegal degree, working from home, and taking care of her family. She is a person who does everything to put a smile on others faces regardless of what is happening in her life.

This money will go toward bills while she is out of work, housing while her family is in Seattle with her, food, travel, medical expenses, and any other expenses that may arise.

There are no answers at this time for how long of a road they are looking at but I will keep you all updated regularly as I know anything.

I have reached out to resources for housing, Unfortunately, they will need to pay for part of the cost.

Crystal and Mike were there for me during my own personal tragedy and mean so much to me. She has never stopped being there for me and checking in on me, being an emotional support for me.
