Support Restaurant in Naches, Wa

Hi there! thank you for taking the time to read about and help support my dream! Crystal Ehninger here, owner and chef of NEW RESTAURANT, "What I Crave" located in Naches, Wa.

I'd like to start by saying I'm so proud, happy, and excited to be a part of the Naches, Wa Community! Everyone here is so wonderfully nice, and seems to be excited about our opening! It's been quite an adventure expanding to brick and mortar from Food Truck! I've learned so much and will continue to push as hard as I can, but I'm realizing just how high expenses are and this time of year, sales seem to be low...

Its been my dream to share my recipes and dishes with everyone!!! I AM quite the FOODIE!!! I have had so much fun driving around in my little food truck and sharing my culinary creations! Thank you for Tasting and Supporting and Coming Back! This is how we grow!

The restaurant has been so much of an adventure! I have been able to fund almost 100% of this expansion myself, overcoming obstacle after obstacle, plumbing issue, after fire compliance issue, after hood ventilation issue, and we just replaced the condenser on the walk in Refrigerator! But we are now experiencing the hardship of the season, and I just can't see us making it through winter...

*I now have things more fine tuned, with more efficient operating- I can see the light, but sadly won't make it without help.

I feel like we are almost there... Just a little more time, and a little more marketing... The feedback has been phenomenal, we just need more people to be aware we're here and to keep fine tuning our offerings and your experience...
