Help Crystal Hughes After Tragic Loss

It's very difficult to ask for help, but I don't know what else to do.

I'm hoping to raise money to help out my stepdaughter and her family of 3 children in this time of grief.

Crystal's husband, Sam Hughes, and his brother Jeff were killed last night due to senseless gun violence.

Sam leaves behind his wife, Crystal Hughes, and 3 children: Ryan, Sammy, and Jimmy, as well as multiple family members. Struggles in life have always been hard for them, and now, just past his 36th birthday on Christmas, the 2nd day in 2025, he and his brother have been taken from their families. No one can plan for something so senseless, and with losing Sam and Jeff, this leaves the family and children with very little financial help. Crystal will now be a single mother with 3 children just trying to get by. This leaves the burden of arrangements for both Sam and Jeff to the family, and with very little money, and no death benefit, Crystal and the children may have to absorb relocating, or finding new residence.

We all live a paycheck away from poverty, but no one can plan for something like this.
