I am writing on behalf of my cousin, Crystal Urban. As most of you know, Crystal has been experiencing some complicated medical issues recently. She initially went to the hospital for a severe recurrent migraine in late September. The doctors ran tests and they discovered she has a cyst in her brain that requires follow up with Neurosurgery in November. She returned to the ER twice between then and her most recent hospitalization when she was treated with a medication that caused her to develop several blood clots in both arms. She has now been hospitalized for nearly two weeks without a discharge date as doctors treat/monitor her blood clots and work to resolve her migraine and the issues she has related to the migraine (difficulty with vision, confusion, and dizziness/balance).

This has been extremely difficult for Crystal as she is self-employed and runs the PT Pit Stop in the Penn Trafford area. She cares for her employees and cares for the community that she was raised in and now raises her son in. One of her main priorities right now is ensuring her employees and the store remain open during her absence. She always offers to help and has donated countless times when an organization/individual has asked.

So now I am asking that if you can, please help Crystal. Since she is self-employed there are few options for her financially as she navigates being unable to currently work. When she comes home, she will be receiving home health services and under certain restrictions regarding when she will be able to return to the store. There will be medical bills and unexpected expenses due to her hospitalization.
