Update 9/17 Jasper is doing great. He seems jumpy around big dogs and hides if one growls. Crystal is still having trouble with her concussion. She has scar tissue starting to build up in her neck, causing movements to be limited. She is in physical therapy and working every day to use her neck and regain full function. She has not returned to work due to the injuries. Crystal and Jasper are just greatful to be here.
UPDATE : JASPER STILL NEEDS HIS STITCHES REMOVED. He has been doing a lot better. He is still sore and is hard to pick him up. But he is recovering fast.
Crystal got some stitches removed. She has trouble leaving the house for long periods of time. She has been experiencing migraines and bouts of vertigo. She is still having trouble turning her head from side to side and is set for physical Therapy starting in about a week. Her scars are still healing. She is set to go to the concussion clinic in about a week. Due to the trama she has sustained she will not return to work until Sept. 10, 2025.
Jasper and Crystal's medical cost and loss of work will impact her family greatly.
Anything will help including prayers.

My Bestie and her dog Jasper got attacked by two pit bulls on Sunday, August 3, 2025. SAY A PRAYER FOR COMFORT AND HEALING FOR CRYSTAL RAY Shea. SHE HAD HER THROAT RIPPED OPEN BY A PIT BULL.
- Doc says this will take aLong time to heal, her trachea was punctured, she has head trauma /concussion. She has over 17 wounds to the face.
- On Sunday one pit bull attacked her little dog Jasper and Crystal threw herself onto the floor and tried her best to shield her dog with her own body when the second pit bull attacked her biting her on the scalp and finally on the throat. The area around her jugular.
- Crystal was taken to Allegheny General's trauma unit and her baby Jasper was taken to Camphorne Veterinary for emergency surgery. Both are blessed to still be alive, but the bills are going to add up. Crystal cannot return to work for a while and this is going to hit hard. Please help; anything you can do will be appreciated.
- Jasper has multiple wounds his drain was finally removed yesterday and his stitches need removed still.
