Hi there! My name is Ivana and I'm a close friend of Crystal Horan, who is currently facing some serious health challenges. She was recently diagnosed with Stage 4 Metastatic cancer, and while she’s undergone surgery to remove a tumor from her brain, there are still two more tumors there, plus one in her lung and another on her kidney. Sadly, the doctors have informed her that these tumors are not operable because the cancer has also spread into her bloodstream.

On top of all this, Crystal has been through an incredibly tough time, having lost her daughter—her best friend—to suicide three years ago, her sister to cancer one year ago, and more recently, her dear friend to a heart attack a month and a half ago. Despite all these hardships, she possesses an amazing spirit and a fierce desire to LIVE, even when doctors suggest she may only have 3-6 months left.

I've always believed that doctors can't truly predict how long someone will live, and I'm holding onto that belief now. I know that with the right support, a person has the potential to heal themselves. I truly believe Crystal can do this!

Crystal has taken the trials she’s faced and turned them into something positive by becoming a death doula, helping others navigate their own journeys through death. She feels deeply that she has so much more to accomplish and share within her community, and there's still a vibrant life ahead of her. This is where we can step in to help her continue this important work and thrive!

All money donated will go straight to her bank account and will really help cover her medical and living expenses, along with the holistic remedies and treatments she plans to pursue to kick this cancer for good. Crystal has always been someone who prefers to lend a hand to others rather than ask for help herself, but she’s discovering that we all need a little support now and then.
