Hi my name is Cristi, I’m 18, and I recently lost my mother due to pancreatic cancer, and I feel at the same time I lost my father due to him having severe dementia. I struggle asking for help during this hard time in my life, but I acknowledge now that I need as much help as I can possibly get. I’m extremely grateful for everyone whose helped me during this tremendously difficult chapter of my life. it would mean a lot if you could give anything, if you can. even the smallest amount helps.

One of my goals is that I’m saving for a car because I’m currently in the process of getting my license. Driving is currently an essential at this moment in time. I’m working part time at a minimum wage job and I hope soon to be working and going back to school. My goal is to become an IT-Tech and go to a trade or tech school. Due to the passing of my mother my mental health has been at an all time low and with the donations I would be able to put myself in therapy as it is very much needed at this time.

I hope to show the same love my mother has shown others, by giving back to the community. My mother always put everyone before herself and was a selfless woman. I aspire to make my mother proud and be successful during this hard time, just as she was, and to know that my mothers looking down and proud of me.
