Can you help Cristi grow her bakery?

Cristi had been steadily growing her pastry business and is now ready to take the next leap by outfitting her own commercial kitchen space.
She trained at Le Cordon Bleu in Paris during a sabbatical from her job as a marine ecologist with NOAA. During COVID, she started creating cakes and pastries for local clients through Facebook Marketplace, just to pass the time and keep people happy.
After COVID, she began slowly growing her business by adding Tradition Coffee Roasters, a small local coffee shop, as a wholesale client for breakfast pastries and moving into a shared commercial kitchen space. The reception was amazing, and she has now added five additional coffee shops and is growing revenue at 20% per quarter.
She has been plowing most of her profits back into the business, hiring 3 full-time employees, setting up benefits packages, and adding new clients. She is now ready to take the next leap into her own commercial kitchen space. It is a big financial commitment with the need to purchase additional ovens, freezers, refrigerators, and shelving. She could really use your help to take her business to the next level, providing amazing breakfast pastries, cakes, and happiness to Hawai‘i.
