Help Cristi Be with Jeremy in His Time of Need

Hello, my name is Evelyn McNown and a few weeks ago my cousin, Jeremy Polgar (33 years old), was taken to a hospital in rural Colorado in cardiac arrest. He was then taken by flight for life to a hospital in Aurora, CO where he has been since. Currently he is in a coma suffering from internal bleeding, seizures and on life support. His mom Cristi Pena currently lives in Omaha, NE, and is balancing work here and traveling to be with Jeremy. Between the traveling costs, paying to stay in Colorado, missing work and expected medical bills, financial struggles are adding to the stress of the situation.
