Help Liza & Jo create a library.

Hi there, I am Liza and this is Jo and we both work at Herne Bay Infant School and Seashells Nursery. The school currently has no library and would like the children to have access to a wider variety of good quality books .

It's vital that children learn to read and gain an enjoyment from books. Reading gives children lots of opportunities for life skills and for this reason we are going to do a sponsored swim to raise money for this.

Jo and I are going to swim in pool lengths the equivalent of swimming the English Channel over a 12 week period starting 21/2/22 - 23/4/22

This is approximately 21 miles so we will swim 1,260 lengths of a 25m pool.

We will share our progress with you over this time so you can see how we are doing.
