My brother Craig Chenevert was diagnosed with throat cancer in July. He has started treatments consisting of Radiation and Chemo for the next few months.
Craig has always been self-employed. He’s an excellent carpenter and jack of all trades. He’s use to working all day at one job site then going to another for a few hours before he goes home for the evening.
Unfortunately, his treatments are zapping his energy, he’s eating through a stomach tube and he’s not able to work every day. Personally I thinks it’s dangerous to be working at all during his treatments but Craig’s stubborn and prideful.
Craigs girlfriend, Suzanne has been so supportive she’s still working but as we all know it’s not a one salary world. We’re looking into state/government assistance for him but are finding his Self-Employment status an obstacle.
Myself and a group of his close friends have started this GoFundMe account to help Craig and Suzanne pay their bills and give them a better Chance to Cure Craig's Cancer.
