Our little gluten-free restaurant, Crack O' Dawn, needs your help! After much debate, I’ve decided it’s time to reach out to our amazing community. Many of you already know that our building is being sold, and unfortunately, we won’t be able to stay. The uncertainty of the economy and rising prices have made it tempting to close up shop in October, but this restaurant is my life’s passion, and I can’t just watch it disappear.

Crack O' Dawn was founded to provide a safe and delicious place for people with Celiac Disease and other food allergies to enjoy a good meal. Our mission is deeply personal, and I care so much about every guest who walks through our doors. We never anticipated having to find a new location so soon, and the costs of building out a new space to suit our needs are overwhelming. We’ve found a great new spot that’s a bit larger and, of course, a bit pricier, but it’s full of potential for our community.

We need your help to make this move a reality. Your support will help us build out the new space and cover some of the first rent while we adjust to the larger location. You believed in me four years ago when Crack O' Dawn was just a small home-based bakery, and I need that support again today so we can keep growing and serving everyone who relies on us.
