Help Cpl. LARSON replace work truck

Hi, my name is Darren Larson. I am a Marine Corps veteran who served during operation desert storm/shield. I am going through a very rough time with some health issues that keep me pinned to the couch with chronic abdominal pains and throwing up. I have difficulty eating and food is not digesting properly. I need help. My one and only vehicle is an old 2003 chevy Silverado with 205,000 miles. I had to buy it 4 months ago when the motor blew on my Ford. All I could afford was a $1500 beater to keep me going. Now its leaking gas and too dangerous to drive and I can't afford to fix it. It has other issues that requires repairs also like the heater and A/C and wheel bearing. I am getting swallowed up with all my living expenses and have reached a point of desperation. I cant afford another month of this and can't even schedule any work. I am a Garage door technician self employed and can not apply for a job because of my health issues. My truck is my only source of income and I'm dead in the water. The stress is more than I can handle. I am not far off from being a homeless vet. I have been going to the doctor for this for several years without diagnosis . They just keep throwing darts and trying different prescriptions that have not helped. I have an endoscopy and colonosopy scheduled for August 12th with the V.A. I can only hope that they find something and come up with an answer soon. So while I fight this battle, I am asking anyone with the heart to help me to keep powering forward and to help me hold onto what left I have before loosing everything. My faith in the lord is my strength, and is what keeps me going. Thank you for your help and support, I am so humbled and don't have the words to express my appreciation.
