Help Cover Virginia Coffey's Funeral and Memorial Costs

On April 29, 2025, Virginia Clark Coffey sadly passed away after a short bout of cancer. Virginia was preceded in death by her husband, David D. Coffey, and is survived by her son, Mason and her daughter, Meredith. As owner of the Lexington Cotillion Club, and in all her endeavors, she devoted herself to the children of Lexington. She loved volunteering, especially when it came to the entertainment and education of kids. It's impossible to express how much she meant to those close to her, how deeply she will be missed, except to say: She was cool. She was really, really cool.
Her passing was unexpected and very sudden. She was self-employed and did not have life insurance or funeral insurance. We know this is a difficult time for many, but if you're able, please consider helping Virginia's children to pay for her funeral and memorial expenses. Her Celebration of Life will be held on May 23 at the Bodley Bullock House in Lexington, KY, from 7:00-9:00. Her funeral will be a private graveside service only, and will take place sometime before the Celebration, TBD.
Thank you all for your love and support of Virginia and her family throughout the years.
