Hi! For the past 4 years I've been working and saving towards getting gender- affirming bottom surgery, and was finally given a surgery date in February! However my insurance is changing in the new year, which means I'd need to start the whole process over again with new providers. As wait times for this surgery can be years long, restarting the process is not an option for me at this time. In order to maintain my current providers and insurance I need to take out a COBRA insurance policy which is prohibitively expensive and nearly doubles my anticipated out of pocket costs for this surgery. All funds will go to covering insurance costs so I can keep the date I currently have scheduled for February
