Help Cover Vet Bills for Injured Puppy

Hey guys! My puppies brother got out from the gate in our front yard and ended up getting hit by a car, and the person just hit and ran. Poor little guy is only 10 months old and now can’t walk for 6 weeks. His owners bills have been crazy between overnight stays, medicine, casts, a surgery, stitches, etc. He has a broken ulnar and radial as well. Anything helps to help him cover his vet bills.
