Hi everyone — this is honestly a little uncomfortable to share, but I’m trying to handle a situation responsibly.

When I moved into my apartment, I believed my water service was included with my LADWP utilities. I recently found out my building actually uses a separate third-party billing company, and because I didn’t realize that, the bill has been accumulating for years. It’s now close to $2,000, which I can’t realistically cover all at once.

I’m working with the company to figure out payment options, and I've already paid about $350 of it, but I’m asking for a little help to reduce the balance and get back on track.
