I'm typically not one to ask for help, but I need it. My insurance agent never responded to the insurance company last September (2024) about a question regarding my home. Since the agent never responded, my homeowners' insurance was canceled without my knowledge. Therefore, the bank forced placed insurance on my account without my knowledge. It all caught up last month. Now, I owe close to $1,200 to the bank. They have broken it up to where my mortgage payment is $143 more a month or until the $1,200 is paid back. Then, my mortgage payment will go back to what it was. I'm on a fixed budget so I'm struggling to pay bills. If you can please help, I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you.
