Help Cover Unexpected Costs After Car Accident

On April 11, 2023, a car sped through a red light at the intersections of Stoughton and Buckeye roads in Madison, smashing into our car. The high-speed/police chase collision sent both of our girls to the hospital with injuries, as well as totaling our car.

At this point, we do not have any information on who was driving or if they even had insurance. The investigation will be ongoing for some time due to it being a police chase.

In the meantime, we are held responsible for our car being towed and stored while our daughters were taken away in the ambulance.

We just have liability insurance. So, no help there. Our insurance won't even cover the daily charges for our car being in a junkyard.

We now sit here with two injured and traumatized daughters to take care of and no car for our daughters to use and no compensation from anyone at this point.

Both of our girls suffered concussions, cuts, tissue injuries, and sprains. Our oldest daughter hasn't been able to work. The family car, as you can see in picture, was totaled. One is a senior in high school and the other is a freshman.

We are hoping this campaign can help us get the car out of the junkyard and towed to a private location as the costs continues to add up daily. As of Friday the 14th, the cost was $850 just for the junkyard charges.

We also like would like to get a reliable safe replacement vehicle for our family.

The money donated will be used for storage costs, towing, loss of income and reliable replacement vehicle.
