Help Cover Towing Costs for Arm Wrestling Friend

Once a month, on the first Sunday of the month, the arm wrestling community in Southern California gets together for a mega practice at the Brewheim Brewery in Anaheim, California called Armfest. The parking lot fills up, and guests commonly park in the lots nearby without any issue.

However, on Sunday, May 4th, our long-time friend and frequenter of Armfest Rocky was randomly towed out of this parking lot despite the lot being full of dozens of other cars. He was charged an exorbitant $450 just to get his car back. A seriously heavy cost just to attend a fun, simple practice and be with his friends.
