My name is Alysson. Some of you may know me as Lysa. I'm raising funds to pay for my mom's cremation and other immediate final expenses. Her name was Thel. Many of you knew her, as well.

We were ultimately unsuccessful in our campaign to keep my mom in her home (https://www.change.org/p/stop-retaliatory-housing-discrimination-against-an-elderly-disabled-widow) and our greatest fears about being forced to move were realized on November 10th, when she passed suddenly & unexpectedly. She just couldn't withstand the stress. Funds that had been set aside to cover her eventual final expenses, like cremation, had to be used back in August to pay for her involuntary move.
