Help cover the cost of fixing my car

My name is Erin. My vehicle is needing some expensive engine repairs that I cannot afford. I have been experiencing some medical problems which between the hospital visits, tests, specialist, and medications I am unable to afford the cost of the repairs to my car. I need a running, safe, and reliable vehicle to get to and from work in order to keep my medical insurance and pay my bills. Any help is greatly appreciated.
