So, as many of my friends and family already know, back in March of this year, I lost part of my leg due to a nasty infection I wasn’t able to get rid of in more than 6 months. Well, I received my prosthetic. My insurance company has been completely horrible about the whole thing. They pre-approved my leg and then said, 'No, we aren’t paying for it.' So, I appealed the decision, and now they are paying for it. Well, all except my foot. And of course, with being my age and my labeling as a K3, they gave me the best model of foot, one that costs 12,000 dollars. Well, I appealed their decision again and failed this time. They refuse to pay any portion of my foot.

Well, the prosthetic place agreed I can make payments for said foot, but as of right now, without me working and everything, I don’t have the extra funds for even payments, so I am again asking for help. I want to be able to pay at least some of this debt off for my beautiful foot. I love walking again, and I never want to give that up.
