Help Cover Surgery and Medication Costs

I've always had a medical history of respiratory issues since birth. Over the years, I've had multiple check-ups and updates on how to progress. Continuously paying for hospital visits and medication increases, especially after new laws are set to stop funding for certain medical expenses. Insurance will only cover half due to this problem and won't cover the full amount. So I am asking for the help I can get to provide for the remainder of what I struggle to pay. Not being able to pay increases my anxiety of more asthma attacks, and not breathing during my sleep.
