Help Cover Seizure-Related Car Accident Costs

Had a petite-mal, light-induced seizure on July 9th, while driving my car to work in the morning. Hit a car, and totaled both mine and the other driver's vehicle. I am working out how to cover most costs, but I still owe a few grand that I am scrambling to come up with.
