Help Cover Sara's Unexpected Funeral Costs

Donation protected
Hello, we are sad to announce the recent passing of Sara with whom we have spent the last 4 years living together. Some of you may remember and have donated to help us build a mini apartment for her to live in. You can read more about that effort here: https://gofund.me/9949993c. The years have passed quickly and Sara's passing was unexpected, so we are asking for some help with the funeral costs. We have been blessed by this experience and are very thankful for all of those we can share it with. See below for some more of her story:

Barabara Sarajane Coster was born April 9, 1963 in Livingston, Montana to Barbara Jane Coster and Harvey Yanc. She was an "Irish twin" with Scott Yanc who was born within the same year. She was a singer, pianist, poet, artist, and caregiver. Following in her mother's footsteps, who had sung with Charlie Pride, Sara additionally bore a striking resemblance to her namesake. There were eight siblings in her family with three now remaining. They lived in various places growing up and finally called the Nelson 'Almosta Ranch' west of Belgrade somewhat their final "home."
As a young woman Sara became a Mom to her Beloved baby, Darric, whom she endearingly called Darri. She later moved to Great Falls and worked in home health care. But after a highly publicized trial began to "Wanderlust." Traveling the United States working with Job Corps, Sara had various jobs. During this time she also had her dear babies, Devon and Sara Nicole, whom she new needed to stay safe and placed with adoptive families.
Sara returned to Bozeman in the 90's. In "one of my greatest mistakes, I self-evicted myself when my aprartment complex went non-smoking." Consequently Sara was unable to establish residency for at least three decades. Many knew her as the self-proclaimed pan handler on the corner of Oak and Walmart. She was proud of the feature article about her in the 'Montana Quarterly' Magazine, Volume Two Number Two, 2006 "Homeless in the Last Best Place," by Bill Bilverstone, pg. 56.
We started getting to know Sara around 2013-14 and getting involved in her life. She was honest, liked to laugh and visit with the many acquaintances and easy friendships she had made over the years. She appreciated every act of kindness done for her and considered the Saturday 'Soup Kitchen' her church. She knew the 'Warming Center' well, but was thankful for the 'Ranch House Hotel' that she most likely considered home. She graciously attended 'Love, Inc.' and their 'Crucial Conversations' at Dry Creek Bible Church were Jesus Christ was clarified.
Her brother Stacy Boyd Coster always checked in on her through the years and was always told, 'no, this was her life, this was her job.' But providence stepped in when the Covid shut-down was put into effect February 2020. She knew this lifestyle was no longer an option. Stacy had a camper trailer available "but no place to put it." And so began her residency in Amsterdam, Montana until her unexpected death June 9, 2024. She had recently given up alcohol when she moved in with our young family of six. Through two more miracles she proceeded giving up caffeine and then cigarettes as she enjoyed a gentle, carefree, less worried life. She was independent to the end and is greatly missed.
