On Nov 4, 2024, Richard Webb (my 57-year-old brother) had a bilateral thalamus stroke while at work in West Texas. They only expected him to make it a few days but after 7 months of hospitals and rehabs, he took his last breath on May 24, 2025, with his son Chance by his side. He fought and gave us 7 months of visits, laughs, and conversations that we couldn’t be more grateful for. His legacy is his children and his grandchildren and he will be incredibly missed. He was a son, a father, a grandfather, a brother, and a friend. He was a big jokester (literally the funniest man I ever knew), but there is nothing fun about the next few days. Unfortunately, none of this was planned and there were no financial preparations.

Chance, his youngest son, will need help financially for his burial and medical expenses that haven’t been covered. All donations will go directly to Chance for the unexpected expenses.

Richard is at Anderson and Clayton Funeral Home on Nash St. in Terrell TX. Funeral arrangements will be made Tuesday and I can update with more details at that time.
