Rex has been the best dog ever as a companion and protector. His body suddenly started to shut down, and he was in a lot of pain. He was too good a dog to allow being subject to such pain, so the decision was made to put him down as painlessly as possible.

Veterinary care is expensive, especially in this area where there is a shortage of vets. Medical bills, as well as costs of giving his remains the respect they deserve, are mounting up.
