Help Cover Rent and Medical Costs for December

I don't even like to ask but due to medical reasons have not been able to work for over a month and having a hard time with with rent, and Xmas makes me have to ask for help. Once I am done with this medical issue I'll be back to work but that will not be until January, so please no negativity if you can help great if not ty for your thoughts and prayers
