Hi! I was looking to raise some money to help cover Rennys medical expenses. Last Sunday morning Renny had gotten a whole spool of thread off of my sewing machine.

We weren't sure how much he had gotten and how bad it was, so we took him to the vet. Initial xrays and assessment didn't show much of anything, so we took him back home.

Monday morning he threw up again, so I brought him back to the vet at 4am. More xrays showed nothing, but we pressed on with an abdominal explorations because we knew soemthing was very wrong. Recovered successfully, he had sewing string from his throat to his colon. Thankfully did not suffer much damage to his organs, but his stomach and intestines had to be cut into in order to get all of the thread out, making the surgery much more expensive.

He is out of surgery now, and we have about a $6,000 to pay off (if more complications arise it might be higher). We're not expecting to raise the entire amount, but anything would seriously help.
