Dina dedicates her life to animals, literally. She selflessly works for free to save animals, everyday. And now she needs our help to take care of her baby.

Last week while Dina was away she got a call that all pet owners dread. Her baby Remi couldn't walk or stand and had to be rushed to PVSEC. After multiple tests and MRI's it was determined he has slipped discs and what the vet calls 'wobbles'.

After spending several days at the hospital, getting fitted for a special harness, and put on steroids; Remi is home but the journey is just beginning.

He will start extensive physical therapy on Monday and if that doesn't work, surgery will be necessary, but the prognosis is poor.

Dina now has to take time off work to care for Remi. His vet bills so far are over $5000, and that just covers his recent vet stay.

Dina is a volunteer humane officer, she always puts animals first, even if they aren't her own. She volunteers endless hours to the community rescuing helpless, innocent animals.
