Hi everyone, Pooshy was diagnosed with Idiopathic Cystitis, a urinary tract disease also called ‘FIC’ two weeks ago during his initial visit to the vet.

I was able to take him home and he was doing okay until last night when he was unable to pee again. I had to take him back to the ER, they are keeping him for a couple of days to monitor him and had to insert a catheter to help him urinate.

After speaking with the vet today, it seems his condition isn’t improving as expected, and he is still unable to pee on his own. If his condition doesn’t improve within the next few days, the next step would be for him to undergo surgery, estimated to cost $5000.

This GoFundMe is to help cover his medical bills, pay for his surgery, as I don’t have insurance for him and am paying everything out of pocket.
