A few people know that I've been struggling with my health over the last few years. I ended up being admitted into the hospital in Aug of last year. I left with three things that I didn't enter with: an infection that I was told was fatal, pneumonia, and a blood clot in my right arm. They started antibiotics for the infection. I was in the hospital for a week or more. They had to put a midline in my arm to keep getting the antibiotics at home for a few weeks. I also had to leave with oxygen.

Fast forward, I'm still needing oxygen after a second hospital stay in Feb. I now have to have a permanent home oxygen concentrator and a portable one that I will wear. I've been stuck in the house, struggling to breathe, just to go to the restroom, kitchen, or anywhere without the portable concentrator. I can't even get to the specialists I need to see for treatment because I need the oxygen to go to the appointments.
