Hi my name is Rachel I am Noah's little sister. Noah was not only my brother but he was my best friend. He had a good heart and was always helpful to others in need. He was always in a good mood and pleasant to be around. Noah made a positive impact on everyone, that was apart of his life. I have never heard anyone say anything negative about him.
