First of all I want to start out by saying I’d appreciate any prayers on my behalf. I have faith that God can help me. About 9 months ago I started having symptoms of my arms and legs shaking at times along with my hands. This made my doctor think I may have Parkinson’s disease. I couldn’t eat a whole lot at that time. My doctor put me on medicine for psychosis and suggested I see a neurologist.

I kept putting off making an appointment with a neurologist because of hearing that I have it. But I made one a few weeks ago. I saw her on Thursday April 16th. She talked to me for about 90 minutes and had me do movements that may indicate Parkinson’s disease. She noticed that the right side of my body seems to be affected. She was going to send me for a brain scan, but they inject you with some sort of stuff that contains shellfish I am deadly allergic to seafood. So I can’t get that done. There’s also a skin test that can be done. She’s looking for a place that’s close to me to get the skin test. She said it will probably take a month to find one. I haven’t heard from my neurologist yet about when I will be able to have the test done. I plan on contacting her soon to see if there are any updates.
