Hello! My name is Casey Chandler (Carpenter).
My father, Frank Carpenter Jr., was a proud Marine and a dedicated member of the Army National Guard—a man who carried strength, discipline, and love in everything he did. He fought a short, yet difficult battle with lung cancer and Parkinson’s disease, cared for every step of the way by his sister, Sheila, who opened her home and heart to him without hesitation. After his passing, we learned that his life insurance company claimed they were unaware of his Parkinson’s diagnosis—meaning the policy we were counting on to cover his final expenses will not be honored.
