Hi, my name is Stephanie McLarty, and I’m reaching out to ask for your help during the most challenging time of my life. Due to a serious and life-threatening lung condition, I am in urgent need of a double lung transplant. This surgery is my only chance to breathe freely again and live the life I’ve been fighting so hard to hold on to.

While insurance covers part of the cost, there are so many expenses it doesn’t cover: medications, travel to and from the transplant center, post-surgery care, and everyday living costs as I focus on my recovery. These bills are piling up, and I can’t do it alone.
