Friends and family of Hector, Eneida and the rest of the Bermudez family, we need your help, support and your continued prayers!

Many of you know some of the health challenges that Hector has been facing (with both Kidney and congestive heart failure) but what you may not know is the huge financial cost of not only the medical expenses but the cost of the very specific and special diet that will be needed to support Hector's health as he goes through Dialysis. Additionally, Hector and Eneida are self-employed. They have lost and will continue to lose income while Hector goes through treatment. While they have some minimal insurance, the costs of this treatment and the potential Kidney transplant that Hector needs are exorbitant. They are applying for assistance for treatment through various resources but are not guaranteed any help and if they do get some assistance there is no timeline as to how long it could take if approved.

I am setting up this Gofundme for Hector and Eneida with the family's permission to help offset lost income, medical expenses and to help with the cost of the very specific and special diet that Hector needs.

Other ways of helping (where funds would not be deducted by the organization) is via food/food delivery gift cards (Walmart, Publix, etc).

Hector and Eneida have been such an example of faith, humility and servant hearts in our community! I pray that we can come together to help and support them through this time of need!
