As many of you know, I have been on a weight loss journey the past few years. Well, after losing 283 lbs, it’s time for the next step and I’m asking for some help, if at all possible. I had planned on waiting a few more months before having skin removal surgery; however, with some uncertainty currently with my job and medical insurance, it’s smarter to have it done ASAP.

Because of this rush, I was not able to financially plan for this, and even though I hate asking for help, several friends told me that I should do this.

If there is anything you are able to help with, anything at all, it is greatly appreciated! My goal is to cover the deductible, so that I don’t have to worry as much during the six weeks or so that I will be out of work.

Update: i have just learned that my deductible for this procedure is $2500 not $1000. So I have edited the goal for that reason only.
