Help Cover Medical Costs for Heart Procedure

This is my first time using Go Fund Me

For twenty years I've been raising funds for Prison Outreach ministries and Christian Discipleship. It was a joy to see how the recipients of those funds find their lives were positively impacted by the generosity of my brothers and sisters in Christ.

For the last 5 years I've been working at a Not-For profit organization that helps less fortunate and disabled when they are in trouble. This seems more of a calling than a means of self promotion or benefit. Unfortunately, a not-for profit does not carry the best insurance to cover its own employees.

I'm not used to asking for assistance myself but the doctors found a problem with my heart and the out patient procedure is 10,000 USD. The cardiologist says I should not let myself be stressed but my portion is over 5,000 USD and is an incredible strain on me and my family.

The hospital doing the procedure is Mt Carmel in Grove City Ohio and they want to do the procedure July 10th
