Last month I started experiencing some concerning symptoms and thankfully was able to get care for these symptoms this week. In order to get to the root cause of my symptoms and come up with a treatment plan I need a specialized ultrasound. Though I work hard as a substitute teacher at CPS, I do not qualify for PPO insurance and my current HMO plan requires an $850 copay for complex imaging. This is an unexpected expense coming at a time when funds are already tight in my household. Any help is so appreciated and treasured!
