Help Cover Medical Bills for a Loving Mom

Hi everyone, this is tough for me to do but it is something I have to do. My Mom is proud and hates to ask for help, and I am too, but I don’t know where else to turn at this point. I am asking for any help that you can possibly give to help cover her medical bills and a surgery that she has to have to remove a cyst from her mouth.

My Mom is the type of person that would do anything to help anyone when she can. She is a great person to have in your corner. The last couple of months have been rough. There was a concern about her thyroid in September that turned out to be fine, but between the doctors’ visits and ultrasound it left a couple of small bills due. Then last week she had to go to the dentist because of pain and swelling. While doing x-rays a significant size cyst/mass was found, and she had to go to an oral surgeon the same day. She was told that he couldn’t say exactly what it is, but it needs to be removed sooner rather than later so we know what it is and how to move forward. Their office policy is that she needs to come up with an estimated amount due the day for surgery. She is currently scheduled for 10-24-2024 but hasn’t been able to figure out how to come up with the money. Her stubbornness has her trying to do it all on her own again.
