Help Cover Medical and Car Repair Costs

Donation protected
On June 10, I was traveling on 315 S, by the Town St. Exit. This is also a construction site for highway improvements. There are only 2 lanes open at this point, with orange barrels on the left. I noticed a white semi tractor trailer, drifting over into my lane on his left. I started blaring my horn to let him know that he was starting to change lanes without a signal. He kept on moving into my lane, forcing me to steer to the left into the orange barrels. After I was stopped, I watched him keep on going and not pull over. I called 911, and the police soon arrived. They took a report, but I couldn't ID the truck since it happened so fast. The policeman was sympathetic. I know that there are traffic cameras all along my route, and i thought the insurance and police could pull up the video from the camera to ID the semi. There are dents all along the passenger side of my car, and black marks that the policeman said were from the wheels of the semi. Also, it tore off my passenger side mirror. I called my insurance company, told them all the details, and included the fact that there were traffic cameras at the site.
I waited about a week, insurance told me to pick a repair place, and take my car there to get an estimate. I asked if they had pulled the traffic camera video. They were still "In the investigation phase", and could not give me more information. So of course later I found out they did NOT pull the video, and it was now too late to do so. I was lucky to be able to steer out of the semi, and din't have any symptoms but the next morning it hit. My left shoulder, and entire spine went into spasm. I went to the Trauma Instant Care at OSU, they did tests over the next 2 months. I am currently scheduled for a pain anesthesiologist to perform ablations on my spine. This is ongoing. Since the semi took off, I am forced to use my own insurance to cover my bills. I have a $500 deductible plus the 20% that I am responsible for using Medicare doesn't cover and I've been trying to save up enough money to cover that. The two little girls I nanny started school last week, and my hours have been cut. So I'm not going to be able to save more at this point. I absolutely hate that I have to start this, but kind friends have assured me that I should and they would donate. If this bothers anyone, I don't have many resources to cover this whole mess. So please ignore it.
For some reason, I'm nor able to add on more pictures of my car, so there's just the one.
