This morning around 4:20 Mom went home to Jesus! She is reunited with my dad who she missed with her entire being for 19 months. We thank everyone for your support during this time.

Hello I am Marion, Linda is my mom. Not quite 5 weeks ago we found out mom had a mass on the left side of her brain. 2 days after finding out she had surgery to remove as much as possible. She spend a few days doing rehab in the hospital and was able to go home. She was doing pretty well for a bit (still struggled with some memory issues). Saturday August 24 I called her and could tell she was very out of it and it seemed she didn't know who I was. Sunday evening my brother had to call 911 because she was having more issues cognitively, she was very zoned out and still didn't seem to know us. They did some test and discovered that her brain is swelling as a result from the surgery. As of right now we are in the last days of life and they are doing everything to keep her comfortable. They said she isn't in any pain but cognitively she is gone. She no longer knows her own name or any information. In talking to her a few weeks and after she told the doctor today we know she is ready to go home and be with our Lord and my Daddy! We are asking for all the prayers and support. She is in Florida with my 2 brothers and 2 of the grand babies and I am in Pennsylvania with my 4 kids and husband. Unfortunately she was not prepared for anything like this financially. Any money will be used for medical and final expenses. Thank you all for your support.
