Hi I'm Adelle Pyell and I'm raising money to help pay for my younger brother John Thompson's funeral expenses.

Johnny was a veteran who served four years in the Army . He was stationed in Germany. He was a gunner in the Third Armored Division. After he got out of the Army he moved to Missouri and got married. He had a son we call little John . He had three granddaughters he just loved . Born and raised in Southern California . He loved surfing and the beach . He became disillusioned with what has become of California and moved to Tampa Bay . He developed stage four lung cancer and died on May 15th at Tampa General Hospital. He accepted he was dying and knew his habits were what caused his cancer . He was grateful for his family and said he had a great life and was ready in his words "to meet God"! He is sorely missed by his loving family.
