On September 7th, one day before Jack's 5th birthday, he was diagnosed with insulinoma (a functional tumor causing low blood sugar), a form of cancer. We were met with huge vet bills that we did not expect.

We decided to keep Jack home to live his last days surrounded by those that love him. Any donations will go towards paying the vet bills so we can just worry about making Jack comfortable.
