Help Cover Hospital Bills for Pulmonary Embolism Care

Donation protected
Hello, my friends. As many of you know, I suffered a severe attack from a pulmonary embolism in early January of this year. This attack required me to go to the nearby emergency room where I was put through many scans and was then informed I would need to be admitted for patient care. I spent a total of 55 hours in the hospital. During my stay, I was "upgraded" (actually downgraded) to the Progressive Care Unit, one level below the ICU.

The worst part of this situation was that my insurance was terminated literally twelve hours before I arrived in the ER. I am in a medical insurance "gap" right now until Medicare kicks in in April. Further, my condition has prevented me from working for the entire month of January. This loss of income is creating a greater financial crunch for which I need help crawling out from.

The hospital bills are beginning to arrive as well as those for durable medical equipment and prescriptions.

I need financial assistance, your assistance, to help me through this. Anything you can donate to help with covering my hospital and related costs will be greatly appreciated. Also, if you could share this crowdfunding drive with your friends and family, if they could chip in, that would be wonderful!
